"I was honoured to be invited to contribute to the outstanding work undertaken by the Trilogy Disability Foundation. It is organisations such as the Trilogy Disability Foundation that play an incredibly important role within the community, providing support and assistance in a very real and material way. All those involved are to be commended for their passion, dedication and commitment to those less fortunate in our community."

We’re here to fill in the gaps.

It’s who we are.

Trilogy Disability Foundation was established in 2020 with the purpose of offering a different approach to supporting vulnerable people and those living in adversity within Sydney’s Central Coast communities.

With many families and individuals falling through the cracks in the healthcare and social systems, we provide support that can meet you where you are at, create positive changes and give you access to the kind of backing you may need. Our initiatives are community lead and focus on filling the gaps in current health and social services.

We have an awesome team with significant experience and qualifications in fields of mental health, yoga and mindfulness, police and judicial systems, legal backgrounds, Young Parenting Programs, Training and Assessment, Education, Support Co-Ordination and expertise in accessing required services. We also have access to a highly skilled team of allied health professionals.

Taking a holistic approach to those who are vulnerable, we provide formal and informal supports whilst taking into account times of hardships.

With over 100 years of experience combined - we care.

It’s what we do.

You are at the heart of what we’re about. We seek to understand and respond to the needs of our Central Coast community. We see you and we hear you. We tailor our services especially in our efforts to give you support which you can feel confident about. We listen and we act. We use our experience and expertise in partnership with you, so that you can live well.

Various studies completed since 2016 clearly demonstrate how the Central Coast population has an increasing need for assistance with day-to-day living activities and overall wellbeing. Out of the 6.4% of the affected population only some have access to care and sources of support. We’re here for those people and we are here for the people who go without. And, as we know, things change. Funding and circumstances alter year after year which can have an impact on the kind of support you seek and receive. We’re here to offer physical, emotional and psychological support in its various forms to individuals, families, carers and the community as a whole.

We believe that it’s possible for our societies most vulnerable people to harness their strengths and rise to overcome any adversity.

We also believe that the Central Coast is a thriving place to live and we seek to form partnerships and work in harmony with other reputable organisations who are also doing good work. We are passionate about creating sustainable change for everyone.

We’re in this together.

Thank you so so much for arranging the cruise and taking us all away - such a lot of planning, organisation, patience, time, energy to pull that off and thank you to the Trilogy Foundation for generously taking us!
Olivia and I absolutely adored spending so much time together - I love her so much and this was a real treat. She thoroughly enjoyed rocking it to the poolside DJ with me and going to live music with Karina and her brother. Speaking of which, her brother and his friend had a wonderful time exploring the boat and enjoying its attractions - pool, slide, table tennis, endless desserts - and this was a great way to have some family time, especially dinners spent all together. Thanks Karina for taking care of feeding and meds and looking after us, to all the friendly and accommodating staff (special shout out to beautiful Alison) and to you all for photos as a memory of a once-in-a-lifetime trip.
